A log cabin in the northwest mountains of Maine - no tv, no phone, no Internet (yes I can live without it and have). Just peace, quiet, books and nature.

Depends on your mind and body. Also how spiritually aware you are now. Some rules:
1) go alone (so you can devote 24/7 to you not anyone else)
2) Find a safe location (no restless natives, local tensions, real bad weather, or likely natural disasters )
3) No worries back home (get someone you trust to watch your stuff and feed your cat etc)
4) A high comfort level ( soft beds, easy access to food and entertainment etc)
5) social directors and/or hotel or park staff the understand you are there for relaxation not socialization.

That said I've had success with luxury cruises, New age retreats, Canoe trips, Guided tours and both mountain and seaside resorts. Be polite but keep to yourself.

To find a log cabin along the creeks in our state. Clean all the cob webs out and set up camp. Plan to stay at least a week or two. Dig my own earth worms, to fish along my favorite creek. Large Brown Trout lay along the curves of the creek, against the bluffs. Some Rainbow are there too. When I catch a big trout, I will clean it right away and along with fried potatoes, cooking over my camp fire, I will place the large fillet's in alongside. No electricity, bathroom, heat, running water. Only the supplies, I have brought. The only sound I will hear is birds and the running water sounds from the icy cold , spring fed creek. I will keep the campfire going until late and have special moments thinking about all I have to be grateful for. It is time spent giving Thanks and special moments with my inner self. To see and be able to spent time on this special spot on earth. It is my special time with God. To reflect on my life and give humble Thanks. (along with the support and protection of my Hubby)
