Someone I work with said they won 10,000 dollars in the Ma. lottery and only had to pay state taxes on it.Is this true or not.they said they had an older relative cash in the winning ticket

I think Uncle Sam is going to collect taxes even if the person is 110.

This is currently only true for Black seniors, but white people are on track to become eligible by 2009.
