I am applying for a job and I need to fill out my highest level of education. I am currently in college full time. I will have my bachelors degree after I finish my last 3 classes in the fall. The job I'm applying for asks what is my highest level of education. Can I put bachelors degree? The only other option that I have is "some college" which someone could put if they even only took 1 college class. Should I put "some college" or "bachelors degree"??

Put some college and note that you are short only 9-12 hours for a bachelor's degree. Truth is that many folks who take jobs and say bachelor's degree because they plan to get a degree, never get the degree, so they want the literal truth.

I think it would depend on the type of job this is for. If it for a part time gig to get you through the year it shouldn't matter either way. But if it is for a long term full time job you should be able to tell them the truth. But you kind of can only tell them some college with a note beside it saying bachelor degree 12-07 or something of that nature.

If you put just some college, then they might see it as that you didn't finish high school. Your highest level of education would be "High school with diploma" and also putting some college. That way they know you have a diploma and are a current student in college.

If the job is important to you, put some college. It would be bad to get caught in a lie. But hopefully if it is a good job, then you will be interviewed and you can explain that you almost have your degree.
