Try to scrub it, with soap and water only. The dye that the cheetos have got into the dead cell layer of your skin, it will come of by itself eventually, but this would take 3 to 5 days.

Use soap to wash your hands. You've probably already have. From my experience, it's going to take time for it to disappear. Just don't worry about it. Find a new way of eating Hot Cheetos without involving your hands.

Neat bleach. No fingers, no problem.
No really don't do that.
Try a mechanics soap like swarfega of you want but If it's a colour dye then it'll just come off in it's own time as your top layer of skin dies and wears away.

I would try LAVA brand soap, the stuff auto mechanics use. It seems to get everything off. If that doesn't work, you may have to wait for it to come off naturally.

You could always try lemon juice. Cut a lemon in half and rub your fingers the pulp. Good luck, sounds nasty.

oh my gosh! it still won't come off. that is a bit scary considering that is the type of stuff we put into our bodies. try using Goop. you can probably find it in a local grocery store. it works wonders on clothes and hands. extremely inexpensive too!
