Not enough info. Do you need this class to graduate soon so you can get a better job? Why can you not have a full-time job and a class -- there are jobs that are available 24-hours a day. You could take the one class, go to work for 8 hours plus lunch, then go home, spend time with family and sleep.
And, congrats for getting the A

Hello sweety; Tough choice. However you should try and work something out with your instructor on finishing your course on-line. This would free you up to take the full-time job your family is in need of.
I was in a similar predicament years ago. You will be pleasantly surprised at what your instructor can help you with here.
I was able to finish my accounting course at home. You can either fax in your assignments or snail mail them. It will require more determination on your part.
However, do not jeopardize your education either. Also the real estate field is a good field to get into.
Work now so you can play later.

Talk to the people at theschool. Dropping a course in which you have an A is senseless. They may be able to offer a solution so you can take the job and complete the course.
I attended a community college recently, thedean said, If you can imagine it happening, we've already dealt with it. Your problem is someone's job to solve.Butyou must let them know.

As jboatright said, is this class toward a degree in order to get your dream job in, say, electrical engineering, or is it Greek Philosophy toward an A.A. in the Liberal Arts just for the heck of it? I have a friend who attends classes to enrich herself, but is not working toward a specific degree/future. This is wonderful if one has the time, but if this is your case, take the job. If you are diligently going to school on the fast track toward a certain career to better yourself and your family, you may want to think about staying in school instead.

Talk to the employer explaining your interests in the job and your education. The employer may be able to work out a schedule where you can do both. If the employer is not interested enough in your education it may not be the best place to work.

Talk to your teacher about your situation. Sometimes they have real big hearts and might can cut you a deal like you have to do all the work at home and turn it in or something like that.

Only you can answer that question. If your family depends on your income to have food, and shelter, and you can't do both, it is an easy one. Family first.
