When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. 2 walking
3 use ankle weights when walking
4 do leg squats
these will all help tone your legs to muscle less fat

some people dont realise that if you work your legs too hard they will gain muscle mass and increase weight. Do low weight high reps.
