do you believe that someone is watching over you?

this morning i was sleeping and somthing woke me up, it was very strange, when i did i heard someone knock at my door . then i heard a lound crash , the guy had kicked my door in.my husband works over night so he wasn't home yet , it was only my son and i. i looked down the hall and the guy was comming towards my room . i did not have a gun , or anything else. he could have done anything he wannted .yet when i started to scream he left.if that something would have not woke me up,who knows what would have happend.
so , who believes that someone , something or whatever you call it is watching over you ?

**this realy did happen to me this morning , so plz no rude commints about that

Every Human Being is given an Angel from GOD to watch over us when we are born.
After that, it gets complicated.
But, they help you and can protect you from ANYTHING if GOD so desires.
Angels are Strong, but what we do sometimes can make them weak.
Sometimes GOD sends Special Angels to do special things for us.

I'm sorry to hear about that horrible incident. I'm glad that you and your family are safe. I personally like to keep pepper spray in my family's house, and should I ever live alone then I will obtain a gun license. There are a lot of wackos in this world, and I'd rather not become a statistic.

As for your question, I have often felt that somebody was watching me, but I do not believe that this was ever real. Once I was twelve and depressed, when the radio turned on by itself and started to play one of my favorite cds. I began to feel better instantly. But I cannot pretend that this occurrence was anything supernatural. There is no evidence, and it's easy to create stories or patterns based on psychological needs. It's something the human mind is good at, and I am no exception.

Yes - something or someone. I lean more toward "something" though. The something could be my own heightened senses or something outside myself. No clue which.

I'm an atheist so I don't believe in the traditional guardian angel, but I have an open mind about the more generically named spirit guides.

I've done exercises where I found I have two. One's a hot gladiator type, the other is a silent woman, much like the High Priestess.

I suspect she's the real deal while he's just window dressing, but I haven't gotten to the bottom of them yet.....

I have had some things happen to me that have been unexplained. I have been at the right place and the right time so something bad didn't happen to me. I do believe that God watches over, and sends guardian angels to watch over us when we are on our own. I am sorry that you had a scary morning, but I am very glad that you are okay. Have a good day.

Most of the time it is your own subconsciousness that is working to keep you alert even when deeply asleep. Our consciousness may be at rest but there is this subconscious which we oftentimes take as our angel. Yes that is how someone is always watching you. Your angel is not an entity who is away from you but within you in your conscious and subconscious awareness.
That is how also God can see in you what you think and what you do with your life. He does not need to investigate you as if in scrutinizing you with questions, your consciousness is your tape recorder that you yourself will reveal automatically when you look within.

I had a similar experience about a year ago. Only I woke up as the man was getting ready to wrap his hands around my throat... No, God didnt wake me up - the man's stinky as* breath woke me up - and he is lucky I didnt kill him with my bare hands. He ran too - because I was yelling that he was gonna die when I was done with him....

I had a similar experience a few years ago. Things were very bad but because someone was watching over me I survived and am living happily now.

ya that is possible, could be spirits, could be anything u can't even imagine, coz u are the only one where u are u have many more but it can't be seen, smell, or feel but yeah there is always someone watching over you, so don't' worry u are lucky enough that u even get indications.
