i think im fat because all of my friends wear a smaller size than me!

no, your friends are scrawny . . . the ideal size nowadays is about a 4 . . . depending on how old you are, maybe your friends haven't fully developed yet . . .
also, your body may be shaped differently . . . i know someone that weighs 95 pounds and wear a size 3, but i weigh 110 and i wear a size 1

Just because your friends wear a smaller size then you it doesn't mean your fat. If you are size 3 then there's no way in the world your fat!
