I was thinking of doing the advanced get ripped series (about 55-60 minutes long) and the Tae Bo original Advanced series (same length). I'm way out of shape, so do you guys think that would bee too much?

I would highly suggest starting out with the basics first, before moving onto the advanced. I've been doing Tae-Bo for the past 6 months (and running for an hour ontop of that), and I still get worn out from doing Tae-Bo! If you do too much at once and you can't handle it, it'll only encourage you to give up faster. Try doing the basics for at least 2 weeks until you get used to it before trying the advanced. Good luck!

why are you going with advanced when you're not advanced? you need to start slower or you'll hurt yourself. get a beginner dvd and build up to advanced. walk for 30 minutes a day to help build stamina. lift light weights. go slow!
