Yes. You must use good quality freezer containers to maintain the quality of frozen fruits and vegetables. A high quality wrap should be both moisture and vapor proof so that moisture can be kept in the product and air kept away from it.

Yes any fruit will freeze, but some thaw out better than others. High water content fruits like Water Melon and Strawberries thaw to a soggy mess - not at all tasty.

I additionally watch my weight i consume lots of frozen and recent fruit every day i dont trouble with sugar has fruit is naturally sweet and has for veggies a little or no bit of salt. The recommended allowance is 1lb of fresh or frozen fruit and the equal quantity of veggies except potatoes they're very starchy

Yes. You can freeze any fruit.
Just make sure you do it in a storage bag like Zip-lock that protects against freezer burn.
Also, don't leave it there too long.
Otherwise, you can just put it in the fridge in a container and it should last a few days, even a week.

Yes but the internal water will crystallize and break the cells of the fruit down and make it tastes worse than before.
If you can get some dry ice and flash freeze them in a cooler, then stick them in the freezer, they will last longer and taste better after they are thawed.
Local ice stores carry dry ice, btw.

You are supposed to sprinkle them with fruit fresh first. Can pick that up in most any grocery store. They always put it where you would never think to look and so you have to ask for it and do not take no for an answer. Tell them you need to ask a store stocker.

Yes you can freeze fresh fruit....
Melons, berries freeze well if you prefreeze them on a cookie sheet that way they won't freeze into a clump in a freezer bag. This method also works for berries...Freeze in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Melons
Berries
Pineapple (I think)
Cherries

Yes you can freeze them. I have bought packs of frozen fruit salad from Schwanns. There is a high water content in most fruit so it will freeze well.

anything with a high water content does not thaw well once frozen. watermelon, lettuce etc. I think melon has too much water but you could try a small amount then thaw and see. berries should be frozen on after being dried with a towel first, but peaches can be coated with sugar in slices and frozen that way.
