Omega 3's but it is important that your ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 is correct. You should try to consume foods higher in omega 3 fatty acids than omega 6. Some good sources are: fresh walnuts, almonds, salmon, sardines, trout, flax seed oil and Fish Oil supplements.

Protein: You need to make sure you consume foods rich in essential amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Milk, yogurt, turkey breast meat (not the processed lunch meat, but buy turkey breast when they are on sale at the grocery store, roast or bake them, lean chicken, lamb and as I said above fish.

Carbohydrates (brain fuel): grapefruit, apples, cherries, oranges, grapes, oatmeal, rice

Supplements: Ginkgo biloba, ginseng, B complex, choline and inositol. DHEA

I agree with other people who answered...omega oils

I take a supplement from NOW foods that gives Omega 3-6-9...they have the oil and also the capsules (which I take)..you can buy them cheaply through a buyer on Amazon.com

If you take them in the morning, you get the added benefits of mild weight loss

Try them and see!
