I have had steriod injection in my neck head and an epidural injection in my back.Has anyone else had weight gain and fatigue and other things happen to them??Please let me know...Thank you!!!!

weight gain often occurs with steroids because it increases your appetite. It's also very stimulating to the heart that could be why you feel so much fatigue. There's no question about it that steroids are hard on the body, but sometimes necessary.

Those are possible side effects but normally are short term ones. Some weight gain is often associated with fluid retention which happens in some cases. This is normally reversable and goes away when the drug is out of the system.

if it helps, weight gain is a common sign of steriods
