You can't be fat not @ 110. Yoga is good, once you learn the moves you can do it anywhere. Denise Austin is great if you can get any of her workouts. Walking is the easiest if swimming is not an option but if you can get over the embarressing thing swim swim swim.

If you think a size three is fat you are demented! Why is your self image so bad? You're so freaking skinny it's not even funny! Maybe you should talk to a school councilor about your body image, because you clearly don't see yourself the way you actually are.

You sound perfect to me. You are developing curves, which is natural and healthy and what you want--and what will attract boys, too, so don't worry about that. You don't need to be a stick figure to attract boys. I've been married 22 years to a guy who likes my curves just fine.
If you want to keep yourself healthy, firm, and toned, try walking 30 mins a day or biking, even if its a stationary bike. Biking is really good for your legs and hips and butt.
If you want to swim but don't like wearing a swimsuit, wear shorts over a swimsuit or a teeshirt over it. There are two-piece swimsuits now that look like shorts and shirts and are more comfortable to swim in. You can even swim in capri pants if they are that light-weight gauzy material. They cover most figure flaws, but it sounds to me like you don't really have any figure flaws. You're just worried that you do.

let me just tell u - being a stick is OUT!!! the hottest ppl in the media today are a little thicker. they dont have rolls but their ribs arent showin either. most popular girls in my school arent sticks - they r alittle bigger n thats cool. clothes fit them better too sometimes!
still not convinced? to lose some fat, walk up and down your steps for as long as u can without getting overly tired. that should help.

You weigh what you are supposed to. Plus as you go through puberty that weight gets distributed to all the right places. So you need it! If you are still concerned, just make sure you eat healthy! Lots of fruits and veggies and never skip breakfast!

I have a daughter the same age as you. She is also just about the same height and weight. She just had a physical and the doctor told her that she is perfect for her age. Don't worry, you are not fat by any means.
