Our monthly flat rate is $17, but it runs about twice that much. We have a large household of 7 which means a lot of showers and a lot of laundry, not to mention dishes and other necessary things. Smaller families would probably pay less.

I'm in sw PA, and we pay water bills quarterly. My last one was $74, which would be around $25 per month.
