I should not have to care if they sin or not I just can not help it.I must teach you that you do not have to sin, that is why Jesus died for you. Nail the maker to a tree everytime you sin, is what I should be preaching. Are there any christians that even listen to what I say. Maybe I should speek not so angry. All I am saying my family is you should be perfect as Jesus is perfect. Matthew ch 5:48 be ye therefore perfect, even as your father which is in heaven is perfect. Not try to be perfect, or ONLY GOD IS PERFECT. At least I like the brothers that say strive to be perfect. At least they are trying. Know God can do all things.

Your loving concern is a drive that you cannot help when you are in Christ Jesus. That is the only reason I spend my time here also. But the word attack is so harsh and not taken well by anyone. Mellow out brother and just plant the seed. Let God/Jesus do the watering. Then, you will have done His will. God bless!!

First I still believe every word you just said. Second you should care that your brothers and sisters in the Lord sin. You should not attack them, but you should help them in every way possible. The thing you must remember is that you will stand before God someday and give account for this. Do the right thing and you will have nothing to worry about.

You need to adjust your walk with your brothers and sister.
Display to them the grace and mercy that Jesus has shown to you.
In other words, cut'em some slack, and instead of condemning for sin, encourage to righteousness.
Ya' catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.

Jesus already sees us as being perfected, yet He accepts us that way we are. Cease from your Pharisaical ways. You are using a double standard to which even you cannot attain. And that, my dear brother, is what "Judge not..." in Matthew 7:1&2 is all about.

It's not wrong to have a righteous anger Jesus did when they bought and sold in the temple this anger you have is to get God's people to thinking again and to get back where they are suppose to be in him they have been draw into the wisdom of the world and got away from God's righteousness the truth of his word and have created false idles that's why God is angry so keep preaching my friend.

Maybe you should pray about your judgmental attitude. I just answered a question you wrote about homosexuality. You are not the judge, and I doubt that God is condoning your superiority complex. Jesus was humble and had a servants heart. We are to be like Him. Legalistic observance of the law will not get you points with God. Many will say did we not cast demons out in your name? And He will say, Get away from me you workers of lawlessness!

If we were perfect, Jesus died in vain. Jesus' point was that the law demanded perfection and if they wanted to be right with God through the law, that meant they had to be perfect. His comment was meant to reveal their depravity, which, as you know, only he could rectify. Jesus' words weren't meant for you and I. Remember, his comments came before the cross.

You're joking right? No one is perfect, God does not expect us to be perfect...the only thing he expects from us is to accept the atonement for our sin through accepting Jesus and to acknowledge and genuinely repent when we mess up. God KNOWS we are not perfect...he knows we can NEVER be perfect and because of Jesus we don't have to be. We are to strive to be like Christ, but God knows we can never be exactly like him.

Hey dude, you're first big step in this was asking. I think that we all have to struggle with the "holier than thou" attitude. First off, realize you aren't perfect. You make mistakes to. Remember also that a harsh word stirs up anger, and a soft word spoken at the right time leads to thought. Don't rebuke, rather, instruct. You don't want to go, "Oh dude, I saw you looking at Victoria's Secret in the mall, you are SO going to hell!". Bring up the purity topic in that case at a meeting one night, etc. If the issue can be addresses by example, than that is the best way.

Remember, instruction in love reaps a far greater effect than anger in rebuke. Prayin' for ya!

It also says in the bible, that None are Righteous...No Not ONE..so that would be me and you and anyone else.
We live our lives trying the best we can, but you know not what I deal with so please do not presume to tell me how I SHOULD be living.
I am not condoning sin, but I know that I and many others do it, not on purpose but because there are moment in life when we just do.
I have never before encountered someone who claims to be a Christian who believes they are perfect, or has such a righteous judgmental and poor attitude towards others.

You don't need to be angry. You should be speaking out of love. Read the scriptures. You are not supposed to be judging anyone outside of the body of Christ and when you do it is done to help them--to save them. We will not be perfect. If we could be then Christ died in vain.
