I worked in a sex shop in Pasadena,CA near LA. I was a security guard and I saw many, I mean, tons of women buying those vibrators with batteries and are made of a material that is so similar to real skin, I forgot the name of it, but since I worked there for some years I saw those huge toys, and they indeed look real, and women love them, I remember they have one that is call the rabbit, the ears vibrate at different speeds and motions ,I mean, is insane, and women love them. I believe it depends on the individuals. Most people are not in too things like that. Me my self I am very open minded with my boyfriend and depending on what you like they can be very enjoyable. it is risky to do it because you may end up producing a child and if you still live with your parents or if you are in your teens do not do it with out protection things for not having children
