See if there is a local fast food restaurant that will hire her. Chic-Fil-A usually hires that young. Job opportunities will vary according to state child labor laws, so the potential for jobs may be limited.
Clothing stores may also be a means for an opportunity. They may need young models or stock people.

at 14 or 15 yrs old thats kinda too young, but she might be able to find a part-time job babysitting or what not. I think McDonalds hires at 15 or so, but why work at that young age...I mean she still in high schoo.

Retail stores and summer camps. Try the YMCA or other camps in your area. Video stores or some large companies higher students seasonally, through local employment agencies.
