I think that's something you need to discuss with your girlfriend. Some people think it's sweet; others find it invasive. I'm in the latter category myself. The way I figure it, I did fine before you came along, don't think I'm checking in with you like I did my parents when I was 16.

Personally, I think that would be ok. I appreciate it when my boyfriend calls me after he's been out for a night. I do the same for him. It just shows that you care about them and are looking out for their well-being. But you have to be careful. Talk to her about it and explain your reasons before you go demanding that she call you when she gets home. Some people don't like those kinds of things. They find it too possessive or clingy....

Depends, be honest...are you really worried about her being ok and making her call for that reason OR are you hiding behind that when you really just want to make sure she didn't go home with anyone. BE HONEST.

Thats actually sweet if you are sincere about just seeing if she is ok. If you are actually checking on her to see who she's been with and what not...its not cool. When she calls, just say "did you make it in ok?" and when she says "yes" say "ok goodnight talk to you in the morning" Nothing more needs to be said unless she wants to talk. Don't ask questions!

Well, there is nothing wrong... I mean, it just shows you care. Also depending on who she goes out with. For instance, if she's going out with a guy, definately call or get her to call you when she gets home.

Of course it is; as long as it is just a caring attitude and not because of your jealousy. You have to talk to her, if she agrees and does not feel her freedom is in risk. This must be a couple's decision.

Yes. What a sweet gesture too. Makes it sound like you truly care. We love that.

Oh, I think that's cute. I always like it when my boyfriend acts concerned about my well-being, and I don't think there is a woman out there who wouldn't like the idea of her boyfriend worrying about her safety.
