I am riding a stationary bike but want to know what is a good way to get rid of belly fat. I have 3 kids and with every one the fat grew more and more and I eat pretty healthy. I tried crucnches and I got a wiider gut.

Crunches wont help you get rid of your stoumach, in order to lose weight anywhere you have to start losing a little weight everywhere. its been proven that targeting an area for weight loss doesnt work.

but.. its also been proven that walking/jogging/running is the most efficient exercise you can possibly do and that it really works on your stoumach! plus it works on your back and love handles (why they call them that i have no clue all i have for them is hate) so just try walking 3x a week for around 30 minutes.

if you're like me and you hate walking in the neighborhood, try a treadmill or the mall is great! if you do this for a few weeks, dont eat close to your bedtime, and cut drink more water you'll definitely be happy with your stoumach!

Getting rid of belly fat is mostly through nutrition. Eating mostly protein and vegetables and fruit will get rid of the belly fat. Don't eat alot of bread, rice and pasta.

Jogging, running, and walking are the best ways to get rid of fat.

You stomach appeared wider because you then increased the muscle without getting rid of the fat.

If you stil have weight to lose - lose it - and then tone. Although after having three kids its highly unlikely you are going to get a firm stomach again....without surgery.

exercise is the best as much as you exercise you can attain the result provided by regulating the diet. you have do exercises in the morning and evening. the exercises which strengthen stomach muscles. the one efficient exercise is to lift both hands and legs up and hands about touch the knees while lying on the ground on a mat facing upwards. another is to lying on the ground on a mat facing upwards bend the body and touth the feet toe without bending hands. do the other exercises which you feel will tighten stomach muscles

Try dieting combined with exercise, no one exercise will completely get rid of belly fat, crunches, situps, dieting, and hardwork

there is no way to "spot reduce". You need to exercise enough to burn more calories than you eat, you will lose fat all over the body.

eat a balanced diet and excersise at the most: 4 times a week
