I am a LITTLE BIT "fat", not exactly a flat stomach. I have a pool party in 16 days, and I want to get a flat stomach. Can anyone help me out? Also, I need to know what foods to eat! If you can't give advice yourself, please post a website that can! I am also 13....

I forgot to put this, but I'm a guy... So I am not all skinny and anorexic saying I'm fat like some girls do, not saying that guys never do it, but its more ofter than not that girls are anorexic with a bad self-image!

well run at least an hour or more a day every day until then(since only 15 days), eat healthy and not too little or too much, dont not eat at all, no diet, no weight loss scheme, pushups, crunches((not sit ups) and leg lifts. that should do it, o and im 15 years old lol

Good luck, you are still carrying your "baby fat". Give it time, you are still really young yet. Also you didn't say how much fat you need to lose, but the rule is to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week by burning more calories than you take in. Doing crunches will strengthen the abdominal muscles, but not get rid of the fat covering it.

i dont have a websight but there is one exersize that will help lay on the floor and lift your head up than lift your feet up and stay in that position for 2 miniuts do it every five minuites
