if i DELETE something from memory stick....?

if i delete something from my digital camera that uses a memory stick pro duo...would it be possible to retrieve it or view it? thankyou

the thing is i DONT want to retrieve it. i dont want anyone to see it....is it possible to permanently delete it so that no one can ever retrieve or view it?

If you stuck the memory card into your computer and deleted it then look inside your recylce bin.

the media is flash. every time you read or access it, it rewrites itself over so no there is no latency like in a hard drive.
