Pick up your clothes. Keep them in a hamper or a basket. You can also put up a gate to keep him out of the laundry room.

Is he neutered?? Getting them neutered will help with the marking of territory in some dogs. Secondly it might help if you keep the clothes out of the dogs reach. That way he won't be able to pee on them. Good luck

Keep the dog under 100% supervision, or crated. Praise for correct behavior and disciplian for incorrect behavior.

Put your stuff away.. Get your dog neutered.. Teach him that pee goes outside.. Crate him when you go out.. Get him more exercise..
