I have the experience working with children and teens. I would like to work for any company besides carnival as they have a high turn around.

You have two options. Go to each cruise lines web site and click on Human resources/jobs or whatever link they show for employment. Or check out this cruise line jobs web site:

Most of the cruise lines have programs for kids so you can really shop around. You will probably have to sign a contract for a six to nine months tour of duty.

Go online for the major cruise lines and see if they're hiring or what their turnover rate is..most of them hire out of their port of call in FLA.
