Future presidents who will only make matters worse including most democrats, some republicans and our current president? These future presidents include the top 4 who are favored to win the presidency: Mccain, Giuliani, Clinton and Obama. This does not make any sense to me. Do people really have a brain?????

Most Americans don't support illegal ANYTHING! I know I don't. And who wants a bunch of undocumented, untraceable, criminals......yes, criminals because by your own definition they are "illegal", wandering around the nation doing who knows what. If a person wants to immigrate to this country then let them go throught the process and become an AMERICAN......... Gee! Our country sucks but it sure is great over there let's just move right in....... Why is it great? Who fought and died to make it great? Who goes to work everyday and pays god-awfull taxes to pay to keep it great? I pull the ticks off of my dogs and don't think a thing about it. I am tired of hearing about this crap. I have nothing against any race or culture of people. I think the diversity is wonderfull. It adds spice and makes things interesting. I wish there were no borders and that there were no wars or crime or hate or pain. But laws are laws, criminals are criminals. The stat's on illegal persons in the states are frightening. Drugs, murder and other violent crime percentages are staggering. On the other hand, nationalized immigrants have better numbers than persons born and raised here. The point being, many but certianly not all persons here illegally, get involved with crime and we have enough to go around already. And the part about presidents makes no sense so I won't respond to that.............End of lecture.

Your question is really a very good idicator of your ignorance of our form of government. Just because we have a president who favors one thing or another does not mean that he/she will have their way. It is called Checks and Balances. The Congress, who represents individual states and local regions, has to pass a piece of legislation that the president signs into law. And if there is a person or group of persons who believe the law is not constitutional, they have the right to sue the government and have their arguements heard in front of the Supreme Court.

So by asking if we, real Americans, have a brain when you clearly have demonstrated your lack of one is really in poor character.

I see that by some of the answers, most people have a very difficult time understanding what you are saying and the reason for that is because you have not asked anything. You simply displayed your ignorance to our government. And please don't get offended. I am ignorant of performing surgery.

This is just a clear example of what one of the major issues the next administration should address. The level of Civics taught in our school systems. It needs to be substantially increased so the American people will have a better understanding of how our government works.

Huh? Your question is really non-sensical. The two parts of your question do not relate to each other.

As the head of the executive branch, the president is sworn to uphold the law. Immigrants in this country illegaly should be deported. But, legal immigration is important to the future of this country. Congress sets the laws on immigration.

What choice do we have? I do not support any of the presidential candidates or the current president, but I do not feel that not voting will change anything either. I have sent countless letters to the white house stating my dissatisfaction with the illegals that have invaded our country. And they have invaded. I have a brain and a mind, but common sense and my common sense tells me that we will not win anytime soon.
If you have any suggestions ~ I am willing to listen to something new

Yes, people do have brains. Not everyone places immigration reform or illegal alien issues at the top of their list of issues to vote on. For some people, its the economy, healthcare, national defense, education, military funding, social security, etc.

There are only one or two who are totally against any form of amnesty, but unfortunately they are not the top contenders at the moment.

The trick is to find the person that best represents most of your views, and in the order of importance to you. For me, immigration is a key factor, but it is not necessarily a key issue for everyone.
