I am hoping this girl is someone you already know, in which case just talk to her. Find out what she likes, be able to have intelligent conversation with her, also be able to make her laugh (but never at the expense of anyone).
You can't MAKE someone love you, all you can do is be the best YOU, you can be. Be sweet (but not too sweet).
Don't fawn all over her, give her space, but also be around. It's a delicate balance (definitely don't keep staring at her with puppy love eyes, that is a real turn off)
If you are still in school and see her in the halls, smile and say hi, if there is an opportunity, talk to her.
The most important thing is don't push yourself on her. These things take time, give her a chance to get to know you.

There is no magic formula to utter. If there were, most str8 guys would have used it, and the women would all have heard it from multiple guys who would have thereupon killed each other off in jealousy, and there'd be no more human race.
Fortunately for you, for virtually all women/girls looks are NOT the main factor. Yes, they talk about guys' looks among themselves, and they fall for mostly handsome stars, because stars ARE mostly handsome! But they marry men they like and (they keep saying) who make them laugh. If their husband's good-looking, or great in bed, or makes a lot of money, they'll brag about it to close friends, but it's not *usually* why they married him.
But here's a line you could construct, one that probably won't make her love you, but may well make her remember you. Ask your friends which currently hot actor or musician you look most like. Then be prepared with, "Do you think I look like [famous guy]? 'Cuz you deserve to have a boyfriend who looks like a (movie/TV/rock) star!" WARNING: Do NOT use this in the first 5 minutes. And be prepared--in fact, hope--to have her literally laugh in your face because it's corny.
In my own case, it would be Neil Young or Garrison Keillor. So much for looking like a rockstar and/or having a face "made for radio"!

Basically, you have to be confident in your own abilities because some girls like a guy who are confident with themselves. Also, action does speak lot louder than words, so buy her things, have fun together by doing things you enjoy with her and let her know you will be there for her no matter what happens. That was how I got my first girlfriend and I thought I was ugly lol.

There's nothing you can say. Either two people have chemistry or they don't. I do think physical attraction plays a little into the chemistry factor as well. Just be yourself and when the right girl comes along....

It doesn't matter what you look like. It's how you act. Trust me. I've been told I'm good looking all my life and I'm tall but I'm quite shy so I date very little. Plenty of not-so-good-looking guys go out with women all the time b/c of their attitude. You don't need to worry about a woman going out with you only for your looks b/c they are more about attitude.

in the long run be yourself and once you'll more comfortable with yourself you'll find that you have magnetic characteristics of your own but your own negative thoughts and worries always blocked them out. Just relax and dont worry about and make sure you put yourself in opportunistic places to meet new people.
