I have been contacted by spirits,but, don't know how to contact them.

Don't you hate it when they don't leave a message or a number to get back to them.
Some spirits are soooo inconsiderate. I hear you. Now step this way into the nice padded room....

Usually you need someone of medium, but it's not the medium person can call up any spirit. Also, that spirit can lie (Like, you want to speak with spirit of Lincoln, but someone else can come and pretend as if it is Lincoln. The medium will have no idea.)
If you have message to give to the spirit, write it down on a piece of paper, think about it very strongly over and over for few moment, and burn it. The message will go to that spirit.
It's totally up to the will of that spirit to come back to contact you or not. We don't have much control.
My advise is... don't bother them. Let them have peace they deserve. They have their own things to do!

It's good to take some control over the communications so you don't feel like this is something happening to you but instead you will feel like this is something you are opening up to.

You dont.Leviticus 19:31 says" Do not turn yourselves to the spirit mediums, and do not consult professional foretellers of events, so as not to become unclean by them. I am Jehovah your God". Please do not answer them if they call you,If you do they will start to control you,instead call out God's name,Jehovah because they fear him

Please be sure that these are good spirits that are contacting you. What if they are evil? Be very careful and guard your heart and your mind. I would advise you to not try to contact them.
