There is no air service available as of now to Shirdi from anywhere in India.
There is a plan to start one. But when it will happen, nobody knows. But be assured whenever it starts, it will be hugely advertised and will be popular.
For now, you can simply travel by fully airconditioned buses, taxis or private cars.

Thr is no Airport in Shirdi, But best option you can have Helicopter Service being operate by Jagson Airlines from mumbai -Shirdi to & fro recently launched.

Yes. One company by name of PAWAN has recently started helicopter service from Mumbai to Shirdi.

Not yet...no airport in shirdi...take the raj volvo or if u have 4 or 5 people, rent your own car...

i have read in paper yesterday that they are going to start helicopter service from 31st may means today
its a 16 seater small plane.
charges could be return 6500 rs mubai to shirdi
its from Juhu airport.
