theres a farmer fox goose and some grains all need to get across a bridge the farmer can only get 1 at a time, how do you get all of them across if the fox eats the goose the goose eats the grain (if left alone).

drop off the goose first, go back for grain, drop off grain pick up goose, drop off goose pick up fox, drop off fox with grain, go back for goose

he first brings across the goose, leaving the fox with the grain. Goes back to get the grain but when dropping off the grain brings back the goose to the other side. Leaves the goose bringing over the fox. At this point the fox and the grain are on the other side. Last he brings across the goose again.

If the fox eats the goose and the goose eats the grain then there is only the farmer and he carries the fox over because it has the goose in him who has the gain in him. So all three get over the bridge by the farmer

First he takes the goose, returns, then he gets the grain and takes it over, and takes the goose back to the original side, leaves the goose, picks up the fox and takes the fox over(so goose on original side, fox and grain on other) then returns for the goose and completes his exhausting journey across the stupid foot bridge.

Bring the goose first, then go back and get the grain. Bring the grain and take the goose back. Swap the goose for the fox and then bring to fox to the other side with the grain. Go back and get the goose.

HRchick got it right return the goose as u go for the fox and then go back for the goose after the fox has been dropped off

Take the goose then take grain. but when you drop off the grain take the goose with you when you go get the fox. drop off the goose get the fox. take the fox to the side with the grain and the go back for the goose.
