use a mild facial cleanser, put about a dime size amount in the palm of your hand and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, mix well rubbing your hands together, wash face with this mixture at least 1 time daily, morning is good to remove oils from sleeping etc. but you should know with any facial cleansing method or product, for the first 3 days you will think you are breaking out, this actually is not the case, but when you remove old skin cells new ones start to grow, hence the breaking out period, give it about 3 days, continue with a regimen daily and the problem will clear

First off, don't wash your face too much. In fact that may worsen the acne. Acne is caused by oil and dirt build-up in the pores. So dirt is only half the issue. Oil come from inside. And the more you wash your face your body will tell your skin to produce more oil, hence more acne. Try an alcohol free cleanser and some kind of topical acne cream with wither Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Also stress can produce the hormone that flare up acne. So try not to get too worried about it.

Try olay face wash and the moisturiser, I like it and it seems to work pretty well even though its not for pimples! I know how u feel! U want a nice smooth face without pimples and having to wear make up?

baking soda and water mixed into a paste dont put too much water apply for an hour then wash off dont let it get in ur eyes though trust me it works but dont put it all over ur skin it is supposed to dry out the skin so try to only get it on the pimples it worked for me on the 2nd time i dont know how long itll take for other ppl

good luck on that. the more you stress the more pimples you'll get. so take a chill pill and wash your face. just take a couple days without wearing makeup and relax!

try this i mean everyone is different it might work on you ..(it does 4 ME) besides since you said you have soo many it's just gonna cost you one pimple lol
1. hum get a bandage put some vaseline on the bandage and place it over night on the pimple.
as weird as it sound it actually works for me.... hope it does for you too

definitley see a dermatologist and talk about a pill called accutane. i know a few people who went on it and their skin went from bad to glam! its worth a try, but there are a lot of side effects. like depression, suicide thoughts, dry mouth, etc.

i have tried clean & clear, and Proactive. both made my acne worse...
try just a nice scrub with water first & if that doesn't work, with the soap you use on your body. body soap isn't good for your face, so every other day. i use dove (pink) fyi and it works enough for me
