Visual kei eyes?

Question

Anyone knows how to do a Visual kei make up style and hair style?


For Example:

I think the best idea would be to bring these pictures into a hairdresser to get what you want. Salons always encourage clients to bring in images of their desired cut to give the stylist something to work with. You can even request someone who specializes in shorter styles/layers/etc.

And the same goes for the make-up; employees of places like Colors and the cosmetics department of The Bay are trained to apply make-up of all styles. If you paid for a session with such a professional, maybe they could teach you how to do it yourself.
