I mean if you're going to get blamed for something, you might as well enjoy it first!

BTW How do you stop yourself from thinking something?

No. Thinking about rape may be bad but committing it is especially heinous. There is a BIG difference between thinking or imagining a sin and committing one. Think of it in terms of the law...conspiracy to commit murder does not carry as heavy a punshiment at the person who actually committed a murder.

Thinking of something bad is only temptation. Committing the act is sin. We are all tempted but have no guilt until we actually sin.

Thinking is not sinning. Whether by nature or God, we were given the brains we were given. We can't help how we think. I can't stop what thoughts pop into my head. No one can.

However we are taught what is right and wrong, and we are expected to ACT correctly.

If you are talking about kissing a girl, why not?
If you are talking about other sins, well good luck explaining that to God on the last day.
Purify your heart to stop thinking bad things.

No. You must stop yourself at the thought, repent, and ask forgiveness, and then move on. You need to physically realize what you are thinking, and take control of your thoughts. (Refer to "Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer for more information).

don't stay in the thought. thoughts pop in and out of your head all of the time. the sin is staying in that thought and acting on it.
