what happens when you are charged with misdemenor mischief in new york?

here is how it goes im 16 and this is my first arrest and they charged me with misdemenor mischief but they have no proof so my lawyer pleaded inoccent for me then they later said they have a video saying it was me what will happen to me

If you are found guilty, they could make you serve time in New Jersey...Not in prison, you'd just have to live there.

Depending on the Judge, you might just get probation, community service or serve time.
