so is it ok to make a rosary ? im not catholic but im making one for someone but idk if i need to like get it blessed or if im not supose to. help

Sure it's okay to make a rosary! I make them all the time -- knotted twine ones, and ones with beads for the missions. If you know for sure the person you're giving it to is Catholic then yes, go ahead and get it blessed before you give it to him/her, they'll appreciate your thoughfulness. Your nearest Catholic church probably has a parish office where you can take it for a priest to bless, if you feel strange about dropping by to catch the priest just as a Mass ends (although most priests are very nice about this).
If the person for whom you're making it isn't Catholic or you're not sure, then I'd leave it to him/her whether or not to have it blessed ... blessed items become sacramentals, which doesn't mean much to non-Catholics -- and really, a blessed item should be treated with respect and (eventually) disposed of properly when this becomes necessary.
Blessed or not, giving someone a rosary you've made yourself is a very nice thing to do.

It's okay to make a rosary, but it might be better if you let the recipient get it blessed after you give it.

If u are talking about a bed of roses or something like that i dont know but if u talking about some hail mary things like that aint that idoltary? to worship someone else.

That's very nice of you. You can make it for him/her and either get it blessed, or give it to that person and tell them it needs to be blessed.
