In God we trust ,all others we virus scan..???

what does this quote mean , PLEASE?

If you look at American currency, it contains the motto "In God we trust." A generation ago, many businesses had some signs, often hand made that read "In God we trust, all others pay cash" meaning "no checks, no credit cards".

So it's been updated to mean that all incoming emails are virus scanned.

Our government say we trust God, but everyone else they can never completely trust, and we analyze what we do, look us up to see if we have ever done anything wrong, etc. etc
