Ingredients My Bar
2 oz Coconut Rum Add It
3 oz White Rum Add It
3 oz (crushed) Pineapple Add It
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Add It

Directions
Place the rums, crushed pineapple and ice cream in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until frozen; add more ice if required. Pour into a parfait glass, and serve.

Amaretto Add It
3 oz Coconut Rum Add It
2 oz Irish Cream Add It
3 tbsp (crushed) Pineapple Add It
6 oz (Hot) Chocolate Add It
Chocolate Syrup Add It
1 Maraschino Cherry Add It
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream Add It
3 tbsp Coconut Milk Add It

Directions
Make a zig-zag pattern of chocolate syrup on the inside of the glass while turning the glass. Blend rum, coconut milk and pineapple, with 2 cups of crushed ice, on high for a few seconds, until all large chunks of ice are gone. Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

1 oz. Blackberry Brandy
3 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Bahama Mama
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 1/4 oz. Gold Rum
1 1/2 oz. Nassau Royale Liqueur
2 oz's. Orange Juice
2 oz's. Pineapple Juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)

1 Cherry and/or Slice of Orange

Sour Apple
1 pkg Sour Apple Jello
1 pkg Knox Gelatin
1-2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cup Mountain Dew
2 cups vodka
3/4 cup Captain Morgan Coconut Rum
1 packet True Lemon (optional)
In a microwavable plastic container, mix together Jello, sugar, True Lemon and powdered gelatin well (while still in powdered stage).
Add Mountain Dew; stir well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir well and let sit one minute, then stir in remaining ingredients. Ladle into 3 oz Dixie cups and freeze at least one hour.

1 oz CocoRibe® coconut rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice


Pour the Cocoribe, amaretto almond liqueur and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass, and serve.

1/4 oz Leroux® pina colada schnapps
1/4 oz Leroux® banana liqueur
1/2 oz CocoRibe® coconut rum
1/4 oz peach schnapps

pina coladas are made with coconut rum. i know it sounds horrible, but i used to drink coconut rum and milk. i hate milk, but it was really good. you can blend all kind of juices together to make just about anything you want. pineapple juice, guava juice, orange juice. just about anything.
