Find another job. I can feel your pain. I work in a small department with three perfect co-workers who can do no wrong...and a boss who has the spine of a jellyfish. My job is to speak to no one and correct their mistakes. Am I happy, no. Do I need to work, yes. Am I looking for something else, hell yes. Also going to school so I never have to do this again.
I know it is a hard thing, but you have got to face reality. Working at a job that you are miserable at is no fun, and you can do better.
Good Luck.

Angela, the world and especially this bank does not revolve around you. There is no nice way to say it so I'll just say it and hope that you can see the message clearly enough to make a good decision: You, we, all of us, are replaceable and are paid for doing what's expected of us. If you do not like the position then go find a better fit for yourself but remember that everywhere you go will have the same premise, and that is that you are there to work and they are under no obligation to entertain you while you are at work.
PS. The best way to combat favoritism is by becoming the favorite. You can do this by being reliable, timely and occasionally going beyond what's expected of you. Good luck!

Find another job. You won't be a quiter if you stop working there, but you will be an idiot if you stay there and alow them to treat you that way. OR you can just stair at walls for 8 hours a day, that sounds fun. You said yourself you hate the job, it sounds like you are preventing yourself from being happy.....STOP IT! You deserve a good job where you look forward to going to work. So take charge and make them miss you

Bring it up to a manager who would care about your concern. Employee satisfaction, depending on the bank, is a high priority in most businesses. Human resources department would be wise to go to.

That sounds rough. Sorry for your situation. I am the only one on site for my companies office in this building and sometimes days will go by with no one to talk to. But no one's giving me crap either like they are you. Try and make it a game of mental toughness between you and your scum bag coworkers. Good luck.

If you feel that there is favortism, then my advice is for you to find another job. You have to find something to keep yourself occupied. No employer pays you to do nothing.

Either talk to your supervisor about this, or look for another job.
