Ok, this is going to sound really bad. I have been dieting for the past 3 weeks. very strictly with meals of mostly salads. This is what i'm eating: Breakfast i have 1 banana, 1 apple, a yoplait smoothie (90 calories). For lunch i have a salad w/fresh veggies & just enough dressing to wet the lettuce, then i have a low fat yogurt as a snack. For dinner, again i make most of my meal a salad & a small amount of the other things. Lots of water & multivitamin. My stomach hurts soooo bad! I'm gassy, crampy, &...well i haven't actually went the bathroom for several days. (i know that's gross, but bare with me). What do i do or take to make this stop? it sucks because i am trying really hard to lose weight...but geezus...i'm in pain. :) Why does this happen?
