Ok, this is going to sound really bad. I have been dieting for the past 3 weeks. very strictly with meals of mostly salads. This is what i'm eating: Breakfast i have 1 banana, 1 apple, a yoplait smoothie (90 calories). For lunch i have a salad w/fresh veggies & just enough dressing to wet the lettuce, then i have a low fat yogurt as a snack. For dinner, again i make most of my meal a salad & a small amount of the other things. Lots of water & multivitamin. My stomach hurts soooo bad! I'm gassy, crampy, &...well i haven't actually went the bathroom for several days. (i know that's gross, but bare with me). What do i do or take to make this stop? it sucks because i am trying really hard to lose weight...but geezus...i'm in pain. :) Why does this happen?

If you've increase your rufage (salad, fresh vegies, etc.) you will become very gassy and have cramps because of it.
You body need a certain amount of omega 3 oils to smooth 'things' out. I would recommend consumming some flax seeds in either cookie form or whole as a topping on your salad. Use it sparingly as a little goes a long way.
Keep up your diet but I would add some fish (natural source of protein and omega 3s) and keep up your water intake. This will assist your body in disposing of the garbage in your system.
If your multi vitamin contains a lot of iron, 50% or more of the recommended dailey allowance, this is something you may want to avoid for a week or so. Take a multi vitamin that doesn't have iron supplement in the interim.

you are not gona lose fat this way - you will only lose water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism and then gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal again.
you are feeling like this because your body probably is not used to get so much dietary fiber- you have to up intake of it gradually (max is 35g a day)
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You're not eating a healthy dietYou'll be constipated until you start eating some complex carbs like whole wheat bread, brown rice, Trisuits. You won't lose much weight if that's all you eat. You need protein to burn fat and build muscles.
Your current diet is obviously making you sick-- stop it.

Get a small individual pizza. Thin crust, no cheese, lots of vegetables, chook--should you wish meat. Get a salad, no cheese, no bacon bits or croutons. Veggies best on that salad. For the dressing pass with a French dressing. <----32 with the frame of a 21 12 months ancient. I recognize what I'm doing.

it is not that gross but sounds like you are skipping some things like protein and fiber. you need meat like baked fish, chicken or turkey meat. fiber like beans, brown rice and whole wheat pasta. you are constipated and need some fiber to relax your stomach then you will feel better.

You need to have some meat as a portion of your 'diet' as well. Maybe you should go talk to your doctor..
