I am a recent grad that's trying to get into a medical sales career. In the meantime, I am working at an insurance co. where I only do simple office tasks. I only did this so I can have an income until I find a real job. So what should I tell the next person?

Really, I've interviewed a lot of people, and honesty does work best. They'll understand. We all did it.

I would just tell them the truth why you want to leave for anther opportunity. I changed my job very often, some for 6 months, and some for 3 months. None the companies had a problem hiring me after I told them the real reason I want to leave the current job.
