Pure Ecstasy is MDMA. Too often though it's cut with other stuff, like heroin, ephedrine, methamphetamine, caffeine,or household cleaner. You can test the purity of a pill by having a lab, like http://www.ecstasydata.org, test it. Expensive, but isn't your health worth it?

MDMA- good stuff just so you know- Like everyone else said it's cut with other stuff as well- you really never know- It's someone everyone should try before they die- and it might even do the trick :)
