No insurance only covers you for accident, liability or theft not the result of an illegal action that you performed. If they confiscated your car your out the car and the bank will collect on the loan since you caused the confiscation.

I am not an attorney. The following is not legal advice nor is it intended to be so.

It depends upon what sort of physical damage and bodily injury you inflicted. Most likely the insurance company will want to resolve all outstanding liabilities with other parties at the lowest cost. They will not pay beyond liability limit however as this is why there is a liability limit. Whether they will cover damages to your vehicle under the collision coverage is uncertain - because some policies in some states do not have to do so when someone is involved in a DUI or substance possession, or illegal activity (e.g. high speed chase, participating in a robbery, etc).

The term "complete coverage" is commonly used but it really means little if anything. I suggest you get a better understanding of insurance, types of coverages, limits, etc as it is clear you have only a very light understanding.

Clearly you were arrested and were involved in illegal activity according to your own admission above. The insurance company will know of this when they check police reports. They may cancel coverage; if not your premiums will likely go up. Other insurance companies will check your record if you wish to get insurance through them so I suspect you will be paying a higher rate in the future and for some time in the future.

To determine exactly what applies in your case you need a local attorney. From your comments, you probably need one for the substance abuse matter as well. I strongly urge you to get legal counsel and follow the advice of the legal professional.

Not even on a good day; arrests for possession are not usually auto related.

Read your insurance policy or call your agent and ask them. Some insurance companies void coverage when there are illegal drugs involved.
