i have brown eyes and they are lame and plain and i was waundering if they change color during time or it you could change them by doing some thing ?

with colored contacts.If your eyes are dark, and you want blue, try a saphire, because it looks wierd changing to light blue. I am having a similar wonder about changing my very very light blue eyes to brown using contacts.
My skin tans pretty well, and my hair takes chestnut brown really nice, all I need is the brown eyes!

The only way to change your eye color is be fitted with colored contact lenses. They come in just about every color imaginable, but they are not very natural looking on most people.

Colored contacts work. My friend has brown eyes and she wore blue colored contacts and they looked totally normal. I have blue eyes and I wear green colored contacts and they make my eyes look totally green. It is fun to changed it up when I get bored.

There are colored contact lens available which make you look like you have a different eye color even if you do not need to wear glasses.

You can purchase colored contacts, yes, even with brown eyes. But, there is no nautral way to change your eyes real color.

depends on your religion. If you are Wiccan/Pagan there is a spell ( i have never tried it) that is supposed to change your eye color. It is a glamor spell. Not permanent, but fun. otherwise, it to the eye doctor for colored contacts (available without prescription)
