The eye could be better.
The whole lower back/spine fiasco could be improved.
The believing in imaginary beings doesn't help much either.
Limb regeneration would be handy, I mean if we are going for perfection.
Genetic diseases aren't too cool, but I guess that plagues all creatures.
Our hearing could probably use a little more range. Think of the new instruments we could build with a more perfect ear.

Humans are imperfect because they are incomplete. God is not finished with humans yet. Just like a catapillar is "imperfect", so are humans. Someday, a beautiful, perfect
"butterfly" will be birthed. As it is written, "you MUST be born again." "Corruption must put on incorruption and mortal must become immortal."
Just as there is human DNA, there is spiritual DNA. What is born of flesh is flesh. What is born of spirit is spirit. Hope that answers your question.

the idea that they are perfect, the crazy idea that humans are the "top dog" of this planet. The fact that they think they are so much better makes a huge flaw
