Congratulations. You should dress very modestly and be covered completely other than your face and hands. You should wear loose clothing that is not revealing. (In Morocco we wear a djellaba, which covers us well.) You must cover your head too. If you are not used to hijab, you can put it on when you get there, but before you enter the mosque. Enjoy your visit.

Congratulations sis!
You just have to cover your whole body except you face and hands. And your cloth should be nice, clean, not tight, appropriate , and just do your best.
I will tell you to wear a Ibaya(3ibaya) if you have one , but if you don't , you can wear a skirt and blouse its better.
Good luck

Insha'Allah, wear something modest and loose fitting. If you want to wear your hijab, by all means, but it's not required of you. A scarf for your hair and modest clothing should be okay. Enjoy your visit, ma'am.
Peace

congratulations, may god bless you , you can wear whatever you want as long as it's descent, not tight or too light in material that you can see through. If you don't wear hijab normally i;d advise u to wear it in the mosque for the sacrecy of the place. You know orthodox christians wear head scarfs in churches too.
As for the jerk answers you got, i tell them that's how you take your brains with you!by showing your personality and independence not your looks and body
