First off, if you did this you would be in trouble with your school. They can give you punishment for disrespecting a supervising adult or teacher. Would you swear at a teacher?
If you did this between classes and many people are watching you mouth off to the school cop, not only will you get in trouble with the school, but the officer can detain you for public disorderly conduct and interfering with police duties. This may even lead to a charge on your record, and it won't help in the future when investigators read about a disgruntled teenager who swore at authority figures.
So, although you may think you are hot stuff by "fighting the machine" and "sticking it to the man," you are not.

Criminally, no. Your school will obviously write you a citation for suspension though since you're being obnoxious.
Now, if you say "I'm going to f'in kill you", that is a threat. Also, if you say "F you prick", that could be harassment. Saying "F off" isn't grounds for arrest or citation, but it can make a simple situation into a criminal one.
My advice, don't swear at a police officer because it is his or her job to protect you and enforce the law. It is a privilege to have a law enforcement officer in school these days, in my opinion. Don't ruin your record over nonsense.

Yes. You can get into trouble showing disrespect to any authority figure: teacher, principal, parent, school cop or city cop. Back off on the arrogance and realize your place in the world.

If you're pulled over for a traffic violation and start mouthing off, you are throwing away any chance the cop may have left you off with just a warning.

My daughter did no longer flow to her graduation, she only only did no longer desire to. it truly is a sprint understand undeniable fact that some out of each and every and each graduating type do no longer flow to graduation. a settlement signed by skill of a minor isn't a valid settlement. Is there a discern or somebody who can touch the jerk crucial on your behalf? do no longer permit this guy intimidate you. you do no longer want a reason in the back of no longer attending! touch the college board now, report a complaint and tell them what the crucial instructed you. And, by skill of how, shredding a level skill no longer something. you will nevertheless have graduated no rely in case you obtain a level or no longer. And graduation isn't coated in the days you're legally required to attend college so there is no truancy undertaking there in any respect.
