Yes - and spotted ones are even cheaper - the lower the DPI, the cheaper the licence. If you have one pure black dog, and one pure white one, you don't have to buy a licence at all as one dog cancels the other one out.

Black and white dogs?? Why would they get a cheaper license?? The licensing fee usually is dependent on whether a dog is spayed or neutered, but not on what colour they are.

I have never heard of a dog license costing different amounts based on the color of the dog. It is often cheaper to license a spayed or neutered dog but color would not play a part.

We do often give a discount on adoptions for black dogs. Black dogs are very prevailent in rescue. The majority of homeless dogs are black. See my pack on my avatar. All five of my precious beasts.

There are no dog licences anymore; the dog just needs a tag with name : address & phone no on.
