Water is better, but the taste gets boring. I drink a lot of tea and/or Crystal Lite, with no ill effects.

Of course not. Water is water, Crystal Light or Tea are themselves.

Tea in fact, makes you even more thirstier. Nobody should ever substitute Crystal Light for water, or tea.

Yes, I drink all the different flavors of Crystal Light, however, keep in mind TEA has caffeine.

no, simply because your body is made up of water... although crystal light and tea have water in them... pure water is more beneficial to your health because it speeds up your metabolism,etc.

it is fine if it is zero calories my husband hates water and with crystal lite he will drink more water.
