Let's face it, we don't need any more immigrants coming to our major cities. There's already traffic and crime problems plus over-burdened education and healthcare systems. Why do we need an immigrant opening another liquor store in Baltimore and putting Americans out of work?
Why can't we give immigrants a list of rural towns they can immigrate to? Rural America is on the decline and needs more shopkeepers, doctors and agricultural workers. They can spend five years there, learn the language and then become a citizen and move anywhere they want to.

Edit: 27% of our federal prison population are illegal aliens.
Do you want more people in our major cities whether they are immigrants or not. If so, you must be a real estate broker or coffee shop owner.

That's horrible. Once they become a citizen they are as much American as you are. How would you feel if the government told you that you could and couldn't live? We are better than that in America. We have rights, no matter what country we came from. This country is founded on immigrants. This country is famous for it's cultural diversity and I'd like to keep it that way. I hate illegals just as much as the next republican, but I have no problem what so ever with immigrants.

In my opinion, this is not what America is about. If you are here legally, you should be able to live where you want. If they government tells you where to live, how is that different than the ghettos that Hitler started before WWII? That won't do any good. I think anyone who is here legally should be free to live wherever they want, and anyone who is here illegally needs to either get legal or get out.

If they are here LEGALLY, then absolutely not{tho you might like to}, if they are not here LEGALLY, then send them back to where ever they came from, and don't give me the humanitarian BS, If things are not right in their country, then demonstrate there, oh I forgot , you can't do that in Mexico.....well in other places you can, but you will have to fight for it OK ? And STOP ! this nonsense about your ancestors, we are speaking of ILLEGALS !

Did you know that your ancestors are immigrants? Were they told where to live? Oh, I didn't think so. So stop being ignorant.

I say they should go to live in Mexico. The people in the pro-side keep sending messages to us saying how much hate and racism there is in America, and how tolerant people are in Mexico.

Why don't we just deport the illegal aliens back to their country of origin?

We can enforce the laws. If they are legal they can live where they want. If not, send them home.

How entirely unAmerican of you. I suppose you can trace your family roots to Plymouth Rock? *rolls eyes*
My grandfather was an immigrant. Once you move here (legally), you are an American. In America, we honor individual liberties and will not tell immigrants where to live any sooner than we tell rich people, fat people, sick people or any other demographic.
