I WOULD definatly prefer metal music for ex:happy by mudvaine,respect(pantera),toxcicty(system of the down) all this music helps me get ready for football and baseball,upbeat country music might also work to ex: me and my gang(by rascal flatts),if you dont have this music then download lime wire on to your computer where it is totally free.
