Best to talk to a competent counselor and possibly see somebody about getting on an antidepressant.

What do you do when you feel like it can't get any worse? I stop and realize that for alot of people it CAN get worse, or it is already is. There is always someone out there who is worse off than you are, and if they can live through it, so can you. I mean really what have you to be depressed about? I am sure it seems bad to you right now but just think.. there are people in this world who have been starving to death since the day they were born, there are people who are being beaten, raped/molested, murdered, tortured and all sorts of horrible things right at this very moment. The way I see it, things can always get worse so you might as well seize the day and realize that you are alive, you have food, shelter and people to talk to.. alot of people out there have alot less. Appreciate what you have that is good, stop focusing on the bad, live life to the fullest and never waste a minute of your time feeling sorry for yourself. I've been there, done that it gets you nowhere.. there is always light at the end of the tunnel so long as you keep moving towards it instead of closing your eyes or turning your face away. All depression really is, is people turning away and refusing to see the light that is always there. Depression is looking towards the darkness and dwelling on it.. Turn away before it is too late, there is always light to be found. The light of love burns brightest, and there is love to spare in the world for all who choose to see it. I don't mean god, I mean family friends, pets, nature there is love everywhere.

Am wondering , how old are you?.... Teens often are faced with depression, I would agree with you that you need some extracurricular activities, not only to keep your mind healthy but to avoid your siblins. Masturbation is healthy, so don't cut it off, try reducting the amount of time you spend on that.
As far as the fighting goes..talk to your parents(when they are calm) and explain your feelings, is not fair that you are the onely one to void fights, this is taking the natural- defensive attitude that we all have. I don't know how much younger sister and brother are but you need not to put yourself at their leveligoner them all your can.I really mean to ignore them COMPLETELY, once you get their attention, start setting some boundaries with them.
About the embarrassing comments, cut your parents right there adn in public by saying, " I DO NO APPRECIATE THE COMMENT, AM GLAD THAT YOU ARE GETTING A KICK OF MY HUMILIATION". iT MAY SOUDN SOMEWHAT RUDE, BUT SO ARE YOUR PARENTS . I am aparent adn sadly I've embarrassed my daughter a couple of times, and she has done this to me. At first I was so chocked, I didn't know what to say...ending up being in complete silence and embarrassed my self. She has talked to me ( in a very serious manner) about things I mock her with, she prefers that i do it in private if I must lol..mayb you don't like it at all and so youstill have to let them know.

Dear Saddy,
things may look bleak at home, and perhaps there are some truly troubling issues there, but I htink you are spending too much time focusing on your own problems, and making them seem worse than they are. I would suggest that you spend some of your spare time volunteering at a local homeless shelter, soup kitchen, or animal shelter. You'll be doing some good in the world, and you'll realize that your problems are relatively small by comparison.Good Luck.

I'm sorry that you feel so depressed. First of all, masturbation is something natural. Don't feel bad for that. Just do it in private, closed the door , lock it. And Second, try not to feel bad for how your father treats you. You know he is wrong, so try not to hurt your feelings for that. You have the Power on your feelings right? So just try to be happy, and still doing good as you do, and don't put much attention on negative people. Good Luck.

well first of all dont let what your parents say get the best of you if anything they just want whats best for you (and your siblings especial if they're younger than you ) I would just suck it up...and get outside and just do things...anything you like to do...go for a walk, go bowling, swiming, biking, etc...you get the idea...even going to an arcade to play games is something positive! =) dont give up! now regarding the masterbating...thats a tough one if you live with parents...I dont know if you have a girlfriend/boyfriend or a close friend who would let you do it at their house but that might be an idea...or if you have a car drive somewhere and do it somewhere private! =) he people love to be exabitionists =) good luck...

Get outside and get some sun! Cut down on the masturbating. Eat 3 healthy meals a day. Hang out with friends. Exercise.
