Why would you want to over drink? to have a social drink or two with friends is O.K.
I'm 70 years old and have never acquired the taste for alcohol or any other substance like it.I never could see what people see in the vile taste of liquor.

If you are over drinking alcohol, you should know that alcohol is a toxic substance to your body, yes it can cause diarrhea, and many other illnesses, think hangover, these are warning signs, and if one persists with the use of alcohol, it is a killer, cirrhosis of the liver, and especially used with cigarettes. That is a deadly combination. Drink water, it is better for you.

Alcohol not only loosens you up socially, it unfortunatly loosens up other stuff too. Ugh.
